SWEET POTATO POPPERS
(makes 20-25 poppers)

1 lb ground chicken

2 cups sweet potato, shredded

1/3 cup red onion, diced

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp oregano powder
-
2 tsp cumin
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
1 tsp sea salt
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
2 tbsp avocado oil
-
2 tbsp coconut flour
-
Juice of 1/2 lime
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for additional 10 minutes.
